Check in staff were very good, however getting to your room can be a bit confusing the first time.
We paid extra for a plunge pool but it was not heated so was pretty useless unless you are going during summer.
Hotel was very noisy and catered mostly to French and German clientele, so as American we felt a bit out of place. All the entertainment etc was for French.
Food was ok at the buffet but not somewhwere would want to eat every day. Cocktails at the bar were extremely diluted and had minimal alcohol, so basically drinking juice.
If you rent a car, be warned to be back by around 6pm or you will find parking hard to come by.
Overall the resort was great for views and access to a few beaches, but overall would not stay there again.
