What a wonderful resort. The staff throughout were amazing but special mention to Vivien from Guest Relations, Immaculate in the Liquid bar and Poram the shuttle driver who went above and beyond in all our dealings. Poram, the bus karaoke will live long in the memory!! The over water villa was spacious, clean and had all amenities, including the sharks and manta rays in the water immediately outside. Incredible snorkelling from just off our dock at room 412. The food was varied and delicious. Pier 6 was incredible for the quality of both the included al a carte meal and the tepanyaki. We had two trips to the spa for the included treatments. They were so good we added a back massage and facial for the second. Amazingly relaxed for days afterwards. Overall a fantasic experience that we hope one day to repeat. Thanks again to all the staff at the resort for making it such a memorable stay.

I have been to many all-inclusive resorts, but none as nice as this one. The big difference maker was the people who work there, so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in an over the water, sunset villa. The room was great and the view was great. Arriving by seaplane was an added bonus to the trip. It felt like we were arriving at the "White Lotus". The food was great and the drinks were even better.

Our stay was amazing, to say the least. Everything was perfect, especially the staff who were very friendly and would always try to help even if it was not part of their responsibility; if it would make our stay better, they would not hesitate to do it. I went with my mother and daughter, and we really had the time of our life there. The food variety was exceptional, my daughter who is quite a picky eater loved their options.
