"Friendly staff. Big clean pool. Strong wi fi signal. Pleasant view over the lake. I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. The room also looked out onto the road so the village ladies would sit on the wall around the lake in the evening and gossip. And on my last night a group from out of state came to party in the restaurant on the floor above so it sounded like a nightclub until 1:30 am. The...

"The staff are very polite and it was nice to observe that everyone was putting their efforts to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness was owsome and the maintenance of the property is excellent. Although, we are vegetarians and not expecting good food in a beach location but suprisingly, the food was satisfactory even for us. "The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. "Worth the money! Great place to stay and staff are excellent. Would bring me water, TP, etc as soon as I asked. There is a laundry service next door, I had 3 items and some underwear which they washed on the same day for about 320 rupees. I was very pleased! The room was clean and spacious, the blinds were excellent and kept the room dark. A/C works even when you take the card and leave, so room stays cold. Hotel is on an excellent location, quiet and safe. Short taxi ride to sights downtown, and the metro station is around the corner so you can be at the airport in less than an hour! I felt safe here as a solo female traveller in my early 30s. Hotel has good breakfast choices, changes every day and they make fresh dosas and eggs. Continental brwakfast options available as well. A few restaurants nearby, can recommend Fountain Plaza. 7/11 nearby as well. Ebix on AK Nayak Marg has great foreign exchange rates if needed! All in all, I really loved this hotel, great amenities at the hotel and nearby. "
