No working elevator and we were on the fourth floor. Upon check in the system was down and rooms were not able to be assigned. After over an hour we were finally given a room but were told to knock in case someone was in there! The rooms were clean and spacious, but probably would not stay ...

The door to the room didn’t close all the way. Used the safety latch. Door to the bathroom wouldn’t close because it it the casing and the inside door handle looked like it was ready to fall off.

Overall the house was nice, and had everything we needed for our stay. The lights behind the house where you need to park could stay on longer. All in all we would stay there again.

The host was very kind and accommodating we ran into a issue with the hot water but it was resolved immediately by the host. The communication was excellent I highly recommend this vrbo if you are ever in the charlotte area

We were hustling home from Florida and overnighted in Kannapolis just to visit Old Armor Brewing, where we purchased a delightful pint to go (again, coronavirus!) and tee. Hope everyone in town is happy and healthy when next we visit!

My son will be attending the Nascar Technical Institute in Moorseville in January. It was a beautiful area.
Roads are all torn up and difficult to navigate especially for a visitor at night.
It was very easy to find everything I needed in the area.
