"The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately that’s really the only pleasant thing about this place. The room was very outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non- smoking room. There was a big box TV which I haven’t seen in a hotel in quite some time. The deadbolt didn’t work on the door. The bathroom was very small and cramped and there was no shampoo provided. The bed was pretty comfortable though. "The entire staff was friendly and professional. Parking was convenient and we felt safe. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, nicely presented and delicious. The lady who served it was very cheerful and helpful, which made us feel special and welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The bed had four supportive pillows and the mattress was soft, comfortable and supportive. The layout of the hotel and the rooms is modern, convenient and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Job well done team! "
