"Great location"

"Great stay, great host. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...

"Perfect location!"

"This was a perfect space for our short trip to Kansas City. Ashley was a wonderful host, making sure to clearly communicate and continually checked on us during our stay. We will most certainly return sometime soon."

"Everything was great!"

"Incredible place to stay in KC. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and the place was so cute and definitely the cozy described. Here's a quick breakdown of our favorite (and some not so favorite parts):Favorites: check in and communication was super organized and easy, apartment was perfectly furnished, appliances were really nice and kitchen was perfectly stocked (the spices saved our bland burgers! ty!), 2 yes TWO adorable decks with nice furniture on both, thoughtful...

"Very convenient property. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the KC streetcar. All walkable. Check-in was very complicated and would not be good for the technology challenged individual. Hosts respond quickly, which I really appreciate. There are several access points that are secure which made me feel safe while I was there. Unit had everything we needed."

"It was a great spot to get to uptown for our concert and walk across the street to the grocery store! On the downside I reported issues to the owner or management company and I feel like they don’t care about issues-like plumbing and mold, I even sent photos and feel like they don’t care very sad!"

"Overall stay was great!"

"We were traveling with my 88 year old mother. This property had 1 dedicated parking spot (a great feature if you know how challenging parking can be in KC) and plenty of onstreet parking immediately adjacent to the condo. Property was as described and this unit has no stairs either to the property or to the unit which was very helpful traveling with my mom. Neighborhood was quiet with low traffic around the condo. All amenities advertised were present. Only small criticism is furnishings...

"The property is in a good location to walk a few blocks and hop on the KC streetcar. Really great for getting around easily downtown and not have to worry about parking. Several good places to eat within walking distance. The property was decently clean only complaints were the floors turned our socks brown after walking on them for a short time and a few maintenance issues. The owner was great to communicate with and was going to notify the cleaning staff to make sure the floors got cleaned,...

"Was fantastic host are amazing people! Super friendly. Loved being able to have a home away from home for few days. As a chef i loved the kitchen being stocked with pots and pans to make dinner for nights we didnt wanna go out. All around loved this place it was our second time staying and will always be our favorite place. Also loved that they had board games and all the channels to watch TV and haveing fast internet was a super plus. Best part is now me and my partner are now engaged 💍. Was...

"We had an awesome stay here!! The host made sure that we had everything we needed and the apartment was to our liking which it was!! You cant get a hotel room that has this much room in it and a washer/dryer and full kitchen and definitely not as clean as this one was!! The benefit of being right above Ragazzas and the street car that stop right in front of the place was the Cherry on top for us!! Cant wait to stay here again!!"

"The building was easy to access and felt safe and secure. The space itself was comfortable and well decorated and supplied. It was a very peaceful and relaxing space to be in. The location was fantastic, it was so nice to walk to the market or to dinner or for a drink. The Streetcar made exploring the city simple. We would definitely stay here again when in Kansas City."
