Great stay in KC. I prefer a room on a higher floor but was convenient to be on the 1st floor. Close to shopping and dining. We did not eat at the restaurant but had drinks during our stay and great service there as well.

One of our better hotel stays. The breakfast had so many options and everything was fresh and tasted good. I'm also a "coffee snob" and the coffee was perfect. Beds were comfy, staff was helpful and rooms clean. Parking garage was safe and easily accessible. Will def recommend staying here to anyone. ...

Loews Kansas City Hotel
If you are interested in a luxury hotel, there are better choices. This place is overrun with children, people laying on the floor of the lobby, people in sweats and pajamas hanging out in the bar. Kansas City Marriott Downtown
We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking.
