"I loved that El Tukan is an oasis in the middle of a busy city. We could sit by the pool with its beautiful gardens surrounding us. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a king sized bed."

"This was not the place we stayed at even though we booked it through the site. we were informed it was booked out and was forced to pick the caracol location without explanation or a refund. The experience was beyond horrible that we stayed at a different hotel for a night just to avoid the nightmare we endured during the stay. I will never use this platform and will make sure my colleagues do not either. "

"Family of 5 adults. Room is spacious and in great condition. Facility is very well kept. Excellent restaurants and buffet food. Lots of seaweed during our stay, but we were able to find spots with few seaweed to enjoy the beach. Pool is good. 6 connected resorts (one owner) make it a very long beach walk from one end to the other. My wife and I enjoy our long walk after dinner. We have been in Riviera Cancun area every year for 25 years, been in other Barcelo's resorts including Riviera, but this is our first time in Palace, definitely will return. "

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

"The hotel exceeded my expectations! First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method. The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach. Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable. The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay. The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar. If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day. The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour. Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him. I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family "
