"Excellent service, adequate food, friendly staff, plenty of activities for guests. Rooms are OK but we found beds to be a little hard. "

"First impression was not so good as the lobby looked dated. For me, that was a bad sign because I had a feeling the rooms looked dated as well. We selected the Junior Swim out room and it was horrible. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling and looked very dated, you could barely see your reflection in the mirror. Tiles on the room floors were cracked in some areas and the shower had sewage smell coming from the drain. There was still a wet towel sitting on one of the loungers out on the patio. We requested a new room and we were given a Premium suite which was much nicer. The staff were all good and polite except one guy who delivered room service one night. The food was just ok. The best food we ate was at the Japanese restaurant. The room service food often arrived not hot, but was delivered fairly quick. In the Premium room we noticed small little bugs in the floor near the balcony door. They didn’t enter the room entirely, but they were there. The bar drinks were hit or miss. The Mezcalito bar had decent drinks, but the other bars were hit or miss. Overall, it was just ok and I would look for a more updated resort if we ever visit any all inclusive resort in Mexico."

"We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa as a family of four with our 8 and 10 year old, and overall it was an excellent experience. We booked the Family Selection and stayed in a swim-out suite in Villa 50, which turned out to be the perfect location. We were just steps from the FS beach, the FS El Rinconcito pool, and close to the Colonial pool and breakfast options—everything felt convenient without being crowded. The Family Selection upgrade was absolutely worth it. Having access to all restaurants across the four-resort complex gave us lots of variety, and the butler service made a big difference when it came to booking à la cartes and organizing activities. It really simplified the experience. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and one of the unexpected highlights for our kids was the wildlife—they loved spotting animals as we walked around. The water park was also a big hit and kept them entertained for hours. Food was excellent overall, with plenty of choice across buffets and à la carte restaurants. One standout evening was the "Tacos & Tequila" night followed by a Mexican-themed show, which was a highlight of the trip—great atmosphere, food, and entertainment. Service throughout the resort was consistently good. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, this resort is a fantastic choice for families, especially with the FS upgrade. Great food, excellent service, beautiful surroundings."

"This resort was lovely. Right off of the main strip, this resort had plenty of amenities, activities, events, and a community feel. The entertainment staff were fantastic at making you feel at home and getting you involved in the pool side games. The rooms were clean with a good amount of space."

"We had a great stay and would come again. The only problem we had was the restaurants. Reservations were very difficult to get at all the resaurants and the quality of the food at most of them was poor. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we expected. The hotel and the staff were great."
