We are proud to offer you a clean and modern condo in the heart of Kapaa! This lower unit in Village Manor has just been remodeled and is optimized for the comfort of a family or group of four (up to 4). It has 2 bedrooms that are furnished with a queen bed, the other room has two twin beds. It has 1 full bathroom with shower and 1/2 bath. It has a fully stocked kitchen with not only essentials like a microwave, electric stove top, and oven, but a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, multi-cooker, and rice cooker! With everything you truly need during your stay, you will feel like you are right at home. This unit is a street away from ABC, Safeway supermarkets and other shops and Waipouli Beach Resort. This is the central city for Kauai for easy day planning to North or South shores.
This complex HOA will not allow air conditioning, we have ceiling fan and portable fan in every room. The living room features a flat screen HD TV with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It has a unique dining table that doubles as a chess/checkers board you can play with in your downtime. The living room also has a stylish convertible futon in the living room that can accommodate an extra guest if needed (not recommended). There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi that can be accessed throughout the condo with USB docking station in every room.
The queen bedroom also has a 4K Ultra Smart HD TV with a Roku, free movies, Netflix, Amazon, and a PS3. The PS3 can be used to play a few games that are provided or play DVD/Blu-Ray Discs rented from nearby stores.
Other Bedroom also has a HD TV with Firestick TV and cable box.
The condo’s location offers convenient access to markets, steps to the beach with jogging path, beaches, rivers, activities, restaurants, and more. It is about 15 minutes from the Lihue airport with no traffic, and there is free parking in front of the condo. Waipouli Town Center and Kauai Village Shopping Center is right across the street and has supermarket, Starbucks, McDonalds, and restaurants. The beach is a few steps walk away from the condo. A few minutes drive will get you to a place where you can rent bikes and enjoy the picturesque bke trail along the shoreline. Wailua golf course, Lydgate State Park and Wailua River is close by and offers activities to do during your stay. Lydgate State Park has a massive wooden playground and an amazing enclosed snorkeling area that you can enjoy. The Wailua River is perfect for kayaking and rentals are offered near the river.
We have a few beach items you can use for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach mat, and a cooler bag. With these, you will be all set to enjoy the beach with your family or friends! There is a shared laundromat in Village Manor that you will be able to access, and code required. Free parking space There is no resort fee. THIS IS A NO SMOKING CONDO, NO POOL.

We had a great time while there. Close and convenient to beach restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our needs. We asked for clean towels and had them later that day!
This place has A/C and TV's in every room. You are located walking distance from the beach, Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants, and Ice Cream with Dole Whip. Parking is convenient with plenty of spots. Jennie is available anytime you need anything. I will definitely stay here again!! 10/10 for us!

Excellent location, can easily walk to the ocean and dining nearby. Relatively short drives to hiking trails in Hiena State park. Also not too far to viWamea Canyon. Enjoyed our week, would recommend the place to anybody.recommen
The place is just as pictured, very clean, we had no issues or complaints about our stay. It’s super close to the beach, which made it better than 5 stars if I could go higher!
Clean, great island location. The description needs to identify that the AC is only sufficient for the bedrooms. The AC is not powered prior to arrival and takes 24hrs to catch-up. Bring a sleep mask if you need darkness as the 'blinds' provide limited value.
The property itself was very efficient - had everything we needed. The location was excellent - close to the beach and food trucks!

The home was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of home. We were walking distance from lots of options for food and other needs. As an added bonus We had chickens that visited us each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
