Lae Nani Resort Kaua'i #312, Beautiful Oceanfront Unit on a Tropical Beachfront Oasis. This Kauai Vacation Rental is conveniently located in Kapaa Town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just steps to beautiful sandy beaches. Accommodates up to 4 guests, including children and infants.

Rare, 1-bedroom, 2-bath, with a large private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean where whales can be seen in the winter months and spectacular sunrises yearlong. Turnkey and fully furnished 800 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot oceanfront lanai.

King Bed in the Bedroom and Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Area. Complimentary TV cable, parking, Internet/Wifi, washer and dryer in the. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo and for your comfort the unit is now air conditioned. Each room is also furnished with ceiling and portable fans. Pack n Play Crib available upon request. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

#312 is the closest 1-bedroom to the ocean at beautiful Lae Nani. Enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the ocean, relax on the beach to the sound of breaking waves, or lounge at the beautiful ocean-side pool. Outdoor tennis courts and barbecues available for guest use.

Centrally located on Kauai's scenic, Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of Kaua'i makes it easy to explore the opposite sides of the island. Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, and fish on your Kaua'i vacation. Our concierge is here to assist with the fun stuff such as ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Napali Coast Tours, Kayaking, Zip lining, Luau's and more!

The oceanfront Wailua Golf Course, rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation, is a 5-6 minute drive away.

Rent bikes at the Coconut Market Place next door and follow the coastal path that runs in front of the condo to the south which will take you to the Wailua River and Beach. Travel north past the Coconut Marketplace and you will see all the charm Historic Kapa'a town has to offer. Enjoy miles of scenic ocean views, explore the Wailua River, take a boat ride up it to the Fern Grotto or kayak to the Secret Falls Trailhead. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monastery is just a short drive up the hill.

Wake up a beautiful view of the ocean, close to everything on the island, within walking distance to coconut village shopping great stores to shop in, great array of places to eat. Had a wonderful time.

Great stay!

We stayed for a week, great location close to everything you need on the island. This is a central location to most of Kauai so it’s about an hour drive each way to the end of the roads. We enjoyed the view off the ground floor patio, of the waves crashing into the beach. Short walk to coconut marketplace with food, groceries, shave ice and shopping. Highly recommend this condo.

Condo was very clean and well decorated. view out to ocean across the beautifully landscaped grounds was priceless. Air conditioning was a nice luxury. very handy to have beach chairs, umbrella, yoga mats, and ice chest to use. Kitchen very well stocked. pool area was beautiful!! Enjoyed sitting on beach watching the waves. Easy walk to restaurant/bar next door (Lava Lava Beach Club). Would definitely return to this little secluded paradise again!

Everything about this place is practically perfect. If the owner sees this nit, please discard the broken beach chairs in the closet; they are hazardous. But otherwise, this place is a gem. Rare to have air conditioning and we didn't always use it but once in a while and in the bedroom - heaven. The view, the easy access to both pool and ocean - we will be back for sure.

The grounds here are absolutely stunning! We were steps away from the pool, a beautiful beach, 2 minutes from Lava Lava Restaurant were we ate regularly and listened to live music nightly. This location is great, 15 minutes from the airport and halfway between both Poipu and Princeville. If you are looking for a crowed resort hotel this is not the place for you. Instead Lae Nani offers a quiet slice of tropical paradise right outside your door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interesting (scary) and unexpected occurrence with a faulty oven/range. Property manager was remarkably quick to respond, sending an electrician to make safe, then had it replaced and installed within 24 hours with a new unit (one of four on the island I am told). She even supplied a two-burner hotplate "just in case". Screen door was repaired on the same day when we called to report it was difficult to open/close. The mattress and pillows are ready to be replaced. The master shower mixing valve needs a plumber's attention soon. The floor under the glass table is scratched up from the chair legs. An awesome pool and very well- kept grounds. A wonderful coral sand beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo several times because it is simply the best for 2 people who want to really relax. The location is excellent and the view from the terrace over the meadow to the sea is fantastic. The furnishings are perfect and the air conditioning works well and quietly. But we didn't need them at all because the fans in the rooms were completely sufficient to provide fresh air with the windows open. Everything was super clean and there were enough towels, hygiene products and kitchen accessories. The two showers and the washing machine including dryer are particularly advantageous. This makes the condo also suitable for a longer holiday stay. In the cupboard next to the terrace was all the equipment you would need to visit the other beaches on the island.The proximity to shops and restaurants is very advantageous. We particularly enjoyed dining at Hukilau Lanai and at Jo2. Bobby V's pizza was also very tasty and the fajitas at Monico ́s delicious.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful peaceful setting so close to the water. Loved walking out the patio door barefoot on the grass and down to the beach to swim/snorkel. Lots of restaurants and shops within 10 min walk was very convenient.
