This third-floor penthouse condo is located on lush, well-manicured grounds with a heated pool adjacent to the ocean as well as a beach and a protected swim area for children. There are two large lanais, both with fantastic ocean views. The spacious interior has custom cabinets, high-end countertops, and is in the process of being redecorated in a coastal theme. The unit is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay including a fully-stocked kitchen, free cable and Wi-Fi, air conditioned bedrooms, beach toys, and more. The Lae Nani condo complex is centrally located on the east shore of Kauai within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.
