"It was a nightmare to find the place as both ends of the road leading to the hotel is blocked. Google map just couldn't get us close enough. Apparently that road is closed permanent, but the owners failed to notify the customers. Car parking is a nightmare, just park anywhere you can find one on the marina. The place is noisy due to the nightlife under the window so you can't open the window. The aircon did NOT work so we sweated all night and did not sleep at all. It is a stingy little room...

"It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...

"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."
