This was our second stay at this property, and we'll definitely be back. The rental is well furnished, with everything you need for the beach, including boogie boards, towels, coolers, beach chairs. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the property manager was easy.

Our rental property exceeded our expectations. The unit had everything we needed including lots of beach equipment that was great to use. We are longtime Kaanapali beach travelers and Ko Olina had everything we would expect for this class of resort, but really was less crowded for the summer season. Loved it here.

It was our third stay in Ko Olina. Each time we stayed in different apartments, and although they differ only slightly in layout and amenities, we liked this one the best. This was mainly due to the wonderful view of the sunset, which we enjoyed regularly. Every evening brought a new beautiful natural spectacle. Communication with Melissa was smooth, and she provided us with lots of helpful tips. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We’ve been to Ko’Olina many times as our daughter lives just 20 minutes away. We love the beach villas and this condo was fabulous. Clean, great view, and everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay here. The condo was lovely and spacious for our family of 4. The lanai is beautiful and the view is amazing. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The lagoon was lovely and so safe for the kids. It was overall amazing and we can't wait to come back!

We have stayed at the Beach Villas for many years, and this is our favorite villa. We particularly appreciate the excellent communication with the property management. Melissa was highly responsive and flexible, helping us with early check in and even proactively offering late check out when she noticed we had an afternoon flight. We’ll be back again for sure!

Words cannot express the beauty of this location. The room was just as listed and has everything one would want or need during their stay. The view from the room is majestic and the sunset views are amazing. The pools are perfect for both kids and people who want some more quiet. The lagoon was a perfect way to swim in the Pacific without worry of the waves. Cannot wait until we can come back to see more of what Ohau has to offer.

My family stayed here for a week in April. The condo was great and the instructions throughout the condo were clear and concise. The dishwasher didn't always clean the dishes thoroughly so we ended up hand washing, but overall everything in the condo was as described. The views were great and especially enjoyable for sunset. The location couldn't be better: easy access to the beach, pool, small shopping center, and only 35 minutes to Waikiki when there isn't traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit. I was traveling with my daughter (12) and parents. The guest room can be converted to 2 twin beds which work d perfectly for me and my daughter while my parents had the master. The unit also had a well stocked kitchen, 2 full baths and laundry. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers and baby equipment was available. The condo sits between the Aulani and Marriott in Ko ‘Olina. There is a great walking path in front of all the hotels. The Four Seasons is also in the area on the other side of the Aulani. There is a small shopping center close to the unit that had an upgraded ABC store that was a market with a great selection of food and booze. Monkeypod is also in the shopping center which has the best Mai Tais! Definitely recommend for families traveling!

We are four lifelong friends, all of us in our 60s, who love a good travel adventure. This year's trip included a week on Kauai followed by a week on Oahu enjoying a condo Ko Olina This condo was above and beyond what we were expecting. We watched sunrises and sunsets most days out on the lanai and have some wonderful photos to remember our adventure. The resort is lovely and has many entertainment options available to guests. Swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon was particularly enjoyable. The beaches were well groomed and clean. Every staff member we interacted with were knowledgable, polite and willing to help in any way they could. All in all, it was a great week at Ko Olina and I hope to visit again in the future.

The unit was large and comfortable. We enjoyed our large lanai watching the sunsets, and especially enjoyed being able to open up the beautiful roll-away doors for an expansive outdoor enjoyment of the great Hawaiian weather. The facilities were all modern; the electric switches were so modern they were a bit of a challenge to get them figured out. We knew in advance there was a construction/destruction project across the way, and although they were loud at times, they didn't impact our stay too badly. We really appreciate the care and concerns of the owner and manager. Thank you! We look forward to returning.

Beautiful villa with gorgeous views! The lagoon was perfect and snorkeling was better than at most beaches. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and there are some spices, salt/pepper, coffee filters, baggies etc....left from previous occupants. The couch needs replacing (which they are aware of) as it sags and offers no support. There are several beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler, boogie boards and toys for kids. The only thing I missed was not having a lounger on the lanai. You can't go wrong with this villa, the views are breathtaking (especially when the sun sets) and Ko Olina is the perfect location. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the B606 condo. The condo was spacious and met the needs of our family of 5. The kitchen was great and had almost everything we needed (exception of a muffin tin). As a side note there was a Keurig machine as well as a regular coffee pot. There was a small cooler, beach towels and chairs available to use. The lanai is by far the best feature of the condo. You have beautiful sunset views and with the Disney Hotel being on the other side of the empty lot we enjoyed their nightly luau music while catching the sun set. The condo facility had nice pools and hot tubs. The exercise facility was well equipped and the walking path that ran through Ko Olina was wonderful for running. The pat the connected all the reports was 3 miles round trip along the waterfront and you could extend the runs to the main road as well. The property grounds were well maintained. Many reviews had complaints on the management of the Beach Resort, we found the staff to be very professional but we were told that we could not toss a small ball in the pool area (no balls are allowed). We used the grills in the pool area several times and were pleased with them. We did not purchase anything from the pool bar as the prices were quite high. Overall we loved the condo and the facilities. The beach was beautiful and the least crowded of all of them. My husband and son golfed at KO’Olina three times and loved it (Jr golfers are free with paying adult after 4). We ate at Monkeypod twice, once during happy hour which I would highly recommend due to price reductions. Only recommendation that I have for the condo would be to upgrade the bath towels that are provided to the quests. The towels were thin white towels that you would typically find at a lower end hotel and the towels that we were provided had many stains on them (towels were clean just stained but this leaves a bad impression). The quantity of towels could have been increased as well. We were provided with 3 bath towels in each of the two bathrooms. We were washing towels frequently. Melissa was delightful to work with and our greeter was helpful upon arrival.
