Great Property

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. We were met at the curb by an agent who quickly handled all our luggage and gave us a tour of the property with great suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. The grounds are beautiful, the lagoons are great for swimming and the condo is exactly as shown. It is very well appointed with anything you can imagine. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Best Vacation spot for us

This is the best vacation spot for my family. Great views, great beach, relaxation at its finest. The property manager Sherry is first class and makes the stay so easy and is so accomodating. You won't be disappointed.

Love this place!

Absolutely beautiful condo - clean, comfortable, so well-stocked. Everything you could need for beach/pool days. Loved the balcony - spent lots of time relaxing there on comfy furniture with a great view.

Perfect Stay!

We highly recommend staying at this property. Sherry and her husband gave us a warm welcome and thorough tour of the unit and property. The unit is in excellent shape and has excellent views. We definetely will return to Oahu and hopefully spend more time at this property!

Fourth stay in this building😃

We love this location right on the three coves In Kapolei. Fabulous Roy’s across the street! Owners are dreams to work with and condo is well stocked with just about anything you could need. Great gym too.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location and the lagoon in front is not as busy as the other lagoons. Pool bar prices are ridiculously expensive. Highly recommend bring your own beverage and food. Grills are available and the unit has a full kitchen! Great relaxing environment!

Amazing stay and just as stated

This property and penthouse were amazing! Most places you have to supply everything - I love the pay it forward! The views were amazing and we were even able to whale watch from the Lenai ! I would highly recommend this property! From check in with the property manager meeting you on site and walking you through to check out best experience I have ever had! I cannot wait to return! Thank you for opening your home to us as we had Amazing stay - we wished we had been able to stay longer! 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. Our four adults and one child slept great. The amenities were perfect. (I highly recommend using the grills in the pool area, we had a great "pool/beach" party one night.) The location is amazing. Great for families. Close to Disney and other resorts to take advantage of their restaurants/activities, but separate enough that you feel peaceful and able to rest. The property manager helped make our stay very memorable. She was very communicable. Also left sweet little touches for our daughter and my parents who were there celebrating their golden anniversary. If we ever return to Oahu, we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, location and experience

From the moment of arrival until leaving everything was perfect and just as listed. Absolutely no issues and the property and the condo are in amazing condition. Very responsive property manager, private elevator, all supplies for the beach (towels, pull cart, chairs, bags, etc.) provided. Great amenities at the building. The Lagoons are amazing and peaceful. Great place for small children or groups of adults looking to relax and enjoy Hawaii without massive waves or riptides to worry. Loved my experience and highly recommend this unit and the property. Great local restaurants and small grocery store very close to provide everything you need.

Paradise Awaits

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit. Everything was top notch. The most spectacular thing for us was the view from the lanai. It was breathtaking. A beautiful panoramic ocean view. I don’t think it gets any better than this. Sherry and Neil the property managers were fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful. Neil saved us on departure day by boosting our SUV. Very thankful to them. Overall our stay couldn’t have been better. We would recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed.

The BEST condo in the Beach Villas!

We have stayed in the Beach Villas multiple times and without question, this property is our absolute favorite! The condo is beautifully furnished, with updated decor (unlike many of the other condos), and the owner has truly thought of everything a guest would possibly need. (they even have lanyards for holding room keys while away from the condo!) There's plenty of beach equipment, the kitchen is well furnished, the outdoor furniture is super comfy, the mattresses are not worn out like in other units, and if there was ever a problem, the property manager is extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Of all the units we've stayed in, this one is by far our favorite! We actually arrange our travel based on when this property is available. I would give this one 10 stars if I could!

Excellent!!

Sherry is the best. From the easy check-in and check-out, you could not ask for more. Just follow the rules, especially the parking. We received all the information we needed, and vacation started immediately. If you need anything, Sherry is just a call away. Otherwise, you will not be bothered. The penthouse is incredible for couples, families and friends. Private elevator included. All the beach toys you need. Don't bring anything, it's all there for you to enjoy. The resort has everything you need and then some. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance. Friendly lowkey atmosphere without the busy tourist feel. We've been to Hawaii several times and this trip and stay was by far one of the best. We'll be back!!

Wonderful villa

This was a beautiful stay and family trip to Ko Olina. The villa itself was lovely, plush bed toppers, soft towels and everything was great. The lanai in particular was so comfortable and lovely to sit on. Both the owner and Sherri were always available for any needs either before check in or during our stay. The condo building itself is lovely too and has fantastic grills with large pools and easy beach access. We loved having family dinner in our villa almost every night. The villa had a huge closet full of all the beach necessities you could possibly imagine! It was so easy loading up the buggy and walking all your beach gear to the water. It is right next door to Aulani so you have all the fun of disney but it was lovely coming back to our peaceful villa . Roy’s over at the golf course right opposite was an easy stroll and fantastic dinner! We will absolutely be back again to stay at this villa. My only feedback (and certainly not a criticism) is that there are so many lovely decorative ocean themed items in the villa that maybe for small children it is best to put some of those things away before check in if you know you have a small child staying. We did our very best with baby proofing but prying little hands find their way into everything so it was a bit of a battle to keep taking things away from the toddler she would get her hands on but it certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful stay! Do not hesitate to book this villa.

Beautiful views at a great resort

I did a ton of research prior to booking this place and am so happy we chose to stay here. The resort was perfect! The tiki bar opened a few days before we arrived and although it didn't have the normal hours yet, it was really nice to have. The pools were great and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach building was a little closer, but the walk was only a few minutes. We were provided with beach toys, chair, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a wagon to pull it down to the beach! The lagoon was perfect for our younger children. My teenager wished the waves were a bit bigger, but it was super nice to not have to worry. The condo was also super nice and spacious. I loved that we could open it up when the air was cool enough, and we sat on the balcony every night to watch the sunset. Another thing we loved was that it was extremely secure and safe. We were the only condo on the floor and needed our key to get to there. Although we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, everything we needed was there other than needing to buy some extra K-cups for the mornings which wasn't a big deal at all. There is not a restaurant on the resort, but we were within walking distance from other resorts and restaurants with really good food. We traveled all over the island from Honolulu to the North Shore to the East shore. Everything was about 45-60 minutes with traffic which we didn't mind at all because the views were incredible. I really can't say anything bad about the place because we loved it so much and started planning when we can come back. If we do, we will definitely stay here and in this condo if it's available!

We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival Neal gave us a thorough tour of the grounds and the unit so that we knew where everything was. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We had trouble getting any of the bathroom hand soap dispensers to pump out any soap, but otherwise everything worked well. The view off the lanai was magnificent and the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed several sunsets from there. We loved the Ko Olina area as a place to stay on the island.

Property was gorgeous and unit was well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. The sunset views were spectacular! Great communication and quick response time from Sherry. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Truly the best service. Neil was awesome too. The kids loved participating in the feeding of the Koi fish each day. We will definitely be back!
