Furnished to a high standard and stylishly furnished, this holiday apartment scores points with its exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, the Enjoy holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the cosy seating area. This holiday apartment also has a Sonoro Internet sound system.



The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed and an additional flatscreen TV for a restful night's sleep.

There is a private car parking space behind the house.



The holiday apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift.



Our favourite spot: As the name suggests, put your feet up and relax with a view of the lighthouse.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement. Alles neu, auch die Technik. Mit dem reinen Feriendorf waren wir nicht ganz so glücklich. Kaum Infrastruktur, nur ein geöffnetes Restaurant.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Einzig dass der Aufzug scheinbar Wochenlang defekt ist., schmälert den positiven Gesamteindruck.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Top Lage.

Komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, Sauber und mit einer Einzigartigen Aussicht. Das Einkaufen direkt nebenan, wo auch sehr leckere Fischbrötchen zu bekommen sind. Zu den Stränden sind es ca. 1,2km, oder 1,9km je nachdem welchen man bevorzugt, beide sehr sauber. Für Fahrradfahrer sehr gut geeignet, viele gute Fahrradwege. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Das Ostseeresort Olpenitz hat eine schöne Lage. Leider gibt es nur sehr wenig Gastronomie. Einkaufen von Lebendmitteln im Edeka-Markt gut. Es mangelt an Cafés und Läden zum verweilen.

Tolle Lokation mit ein paar kleinen Schmunzelfehlern

Es ist schon eine Augenweide, den Blick über den ehemaligen Marinestützpunkt schweifen zu lassen und einmal kurz überschlagen, was der ganze Spaß wohl gekostet haben muss. Für jeden ist etwas passendes dabei und sogar Bootsbesitzer haben Ihren eigenen Liegeplatz. Doch wenn es darum geht am Sonntag morgen eine Kleinigkeit einzukaufen, ist Ebbe im Karton. Hinzu kommt, dass ein italienisches Lokal den ganzen Gastandrang bewältigen muss. Da wäre sicher der eine oder andere Gastronom gefragt, sich hier nieder zu lassen. Würde einer ewigen Platzreservierung aus dem Wege gehen. Was sicherlich den Einen oder Anderen ein wenig zusammen zucken lassen würde, sind die 300€ Kaution, die vor Ort zu entrichten sind. Die sind bei Nichtbeanstandung zwar schnell wieder auf dem Konto, doch lässt die Forderung manche Gäste erstarren. Last but not Least: der Architekt, der sich an dem Objekt, mit mehreren Fewos eines Wohnblocks gleich gegenüber der Ladenzeile versucht hat, war sicherlich ein sonnenscheuer Mensch. Denn Sonne gibt's hier in diesem Appartementbereich so gut wie gar nicht, was schon ein recht großes Minus ist. Wer bitteschön frühstückt nicht gerne in der Sonne. Da reicht auch nicht der tolle "WEBER"- Grill, der dann ja zum abendlichen Essen eine gewisses Flair ausstrahlen soll. Da fehlt Tante Klara nämlich ebenfalls. Doch zu guter Schluss: lässt man die Kleinigkeiten mal links liegen, ist es schon ein schönes Urlaubsziel zum Entspannen.

Eine schöne Auszeit

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Da wir außerhalb der Haupturlaubssaison gereist sind, war es im Resort noch sehr ruhig, nicht alle Restaurants und Cafes hatten geöffnet. Unser Lage zwischen einem EDEKA und einem ganz ganz wunderbaren italienischen Restaurant "Ciao Bella" war perfekt.
