The picturesque harbour promenade at OstseeResort Olpenitz also invites you to take relaxing strolls, while the nearby sailing and sports boat harbour provides an entertaining backdrop.



The spacious, covered south-facing terrace invites you to spend the day outdoors with your family and enjoy the cosy warmth of the Baltic Sea sun. Equipped with a cosy dining set and a practical electric barbecue, the terrace is ideal for al fresco meals and atmospheric barbecue evenings.



On holiday, you have the leisure to indulge in culinary delights in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. A cosy sofa is available for romantic evenings in front of the open fire. In addition, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme provide entertainment on rainy days.



The master bedroom awaits you with a spacious double bed and a TV for relaxing hours. The second bedroom offers enough sleeping space for the whole family with two more comfortable single beds. There is also an additional folding mattress for a child as a fifth person.

Underfloor heating, a relaxing infrared cabin and an inviting wood-burning stove create a cosy atmosphere that will keep you comfortable all year round.



After a long walk on the beach, a true oasis of well-being awaits you in the bathroom! With a floor-level shower and a relaxing infrared sauna, it offers you the perfect opportunity to unwind.



You also have your own car parking space and bicycle shed in front of the house to make your arrival and local activities even more convenient.



Our favourite spot: having breakfast on the terrace with the whole family and starting the day refreshed.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
