Stunning ship in Olpenitz with sauna

STELLA MARIS des Meeres is without question a star among the floating houses in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz!



Situated far forward, almost at the end of the jetty, with a wonderful view over the harbour, the name lives up to its promise!

Travelling by car or by boat? Either way, you can either park your car directly on the jetty or moor your boat right next to the house. Arriving couldn't be more convenient.



From the open front door, you look straight ahead along the corridor into the master bedroom and then through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the first terrace and the water. What a welcome!

In this bedroom with a double bed, waking up and falling asleep with a view of the water is the order of the day, guaranteeing beautiful dreams.

The adjoining terrace invites you to chill out and relax.

Two single beds are available in the second bedroom. Both rooms are decorated in light, warm colours and exude a maritime elegance.

The bathroom with a large window and floor-level shower is equipped with all the essentials and also has a tumble dryer. The Finnish sauna opposite provides further wellness moments.

The heart of STELLA MARIS is the light-flooded open-plan living and dining room with integrated kitchenette on the first floor. Here too, earthy and light colours dominate the high-quality furnishings. A modern dining area and a well-equipped kitchen make cooking on holiday fun. There is also a view of the water from every window.

In the living area, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer endless space. The large and comfortable sofa can be converted into another bed in just a few simple steps and a TV provides a change from the water cinema.

The adjoining second terrace with a dining area and a wellness lounger offers the perfect location for chilled and sociable summer evenings.



But the highlight is the STELLA MARIS roof terrace! A little closer to the stars in the sky, it offers you a phenomenal 360-degree panoramic view of the endless water. A very special holiday experience that will stay with you for a long time.

Equipped with a large beach chair and two comfortable sun loungers, all in elegant nude colours, it's a little paradise up here and you'll never want to leave.



Our favourite spot: watching the sun go down on the sun lounger with a cold drink.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
