Welcome to the Bollwark residence, to the Ostseetraum holiday apartment in the Ostseeresort Olpenitz! This low-barrier and modern holiday apartment offers space for up to 6 people and promises a relaxing and comfortable stay. It will delight you with its fantastic location on the Baltic Sea (Schlei/Baltic Sea).



The apartment on the ground floor has two cosy bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own TV. In the second bedroom you will find two comfortable single beds. There is a sofa bed with slatted frame in the living area, which offers additional space for two more guests.



The bright and spacious living area invites you to relax. A cosy seating area, WiFi and a TV with SKY offer you plenty of entertainment should the weather take a turn for the Nordic side. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

A highlight of the apartment is the covered terrace with a side view of the water and adjoining lawn, where you can spend relaxing hours outdoors.

A private car parking space directly in front of the holiday apartment makes it easy for you to arrive and depart and explore the surrounding area. You can store your own bikes in the bicycle cellar (with sockets). The nearby bay is just a few minutes' walk away and is ideal for relaxing days by the sea.



An exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex, which can of course be used free of charge. Dive into the pleasantly temperate water and let your gaze wander over the expanse of the Baltic Sea - an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and give you deep relaxation. Treat yourself to this little break and leave the stress of everyday life behind for a holiday full of peace, pleasure and new energy.



Our favourite spot: listening to the seagulls on the covered terrace and watching the boats and porpoises.
