The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building, in a secluded spot on the edge of a resort. No through traffic, no noise. Just peace and quiet. Exactly what you could wish for on the Baltic Sea.
This is the perfect place for families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and stylish time together.
The highlight is the large, south-facing, sheltered roof terrace with a wooden deck. High-quality patio furniture, two comfortable loungers, a large parasol, and an electric grill create the perfect setting for sunbathing, long summer days, and relaxing evenings. Whether it's breakfast in the first light, a good book in the afternoon, or a glass of wine at sunset – here you'll enjoy maximum peace and quiet and an unobstructed view over the adjacent nature reserve.
And the best part: Weidefelder Beach, just 600 meters away, can be reached via a path behind the building. A short walk – and you're standing on the fine sand of the miles-long, wide beach.
The open-plan living area is bright, spacious, and furnished to a high standard. A large velvet sofa invites you to relax or watch TV, while the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days and evenings.
The dining area, with its solid wood table, offers plenty of space for shared evenings – whether for dinner or games. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: electric stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a wide selection of high-quality dishes and kitchen utensils make it possible to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a multi-course meal.
Three tastefully designed bedrooms offer space for up to six adults and children. Two bedrooms have comfortable box-spring double beds and TVs, while the third has two high-quality, 1-meter-wide box-spring single beds. Here you'll sleep peacefully – the location on the edge of the complex guarantees absolute relaxation. For those who need to work at their desk for a bit, a comfortable workspace is available in one of the bedrooms.
Two modern bathrooms add extra touches: one with a large mirror, walk-in shower, and infrared sauna, and another with a relaxing bathtub – perfect after a day at the beach or a bike ride, or even in winter.
A high chair and crib are available for our youngest guests. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away within the resort. A private parking space is available right in front of the entrance.
