Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Der Balkon ist unglaublich schön. Ausstattung top. Sauberkeit auch sehr gut. Olpenitz ist noch im Aufbau und das merkt man. Baustellen und wenig Geschäfte oder Gastronomie. Ansonsten super nah am Strand und auch mit Hund ganz toll.

Bilder im Internet verschönern etwas die Lage. Riesenbaustelle ist kein schöner Anblick auch wenn gerade nicht gebaut wird. Ansonsten alles gut.

Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind top. Sehr schöne große Dachterrasse. Für 6 Personen ist der Platz vollkommen ausreichend Wir können die Wohnung mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Das Loft war ein Traum. Sauber, hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Leider ist die Baustelle direkt nebenan so störend, das kein Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen kann. Von morgens bis abends Baulärm und viel zu viel Verkehr. Solange die Baustelle nicht fertig ist, ist die Lage leider nicht zu empfehlen.
