Dieses Hotel hat seine Check in und check out Prozesse weitestgehend digitalisiert. Selbst die Zimmerkarte kommt aus einem Automaten, wo man am Bildschirm vorab seine Daten eingibt. Im Prinzip hat aber alles geklappt (warte nur noch auf eine Rechnungskorrektur)

Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich für den netten Empfang bedanken. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super charmantes und sauberes Zimmer. Es gab sogar ein tolles Leckerli für unseren Hund Purzel. Wir werden definitiv für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Kappeln dieses Hotel buchen!

Adgangsforhold for kørestolsbrugere/rollator ikke acceptabel, forholdet kunne nemt afhjælpes med en rampe fra p-pladsen bag hotellet og til receptionen Elevator fra reception til værelset ok. Receptionisterne meget servicemindede. Det samme var gældende for medarbejderen, som stod for morgenmadsbufeten Fin udsigt til Schlien med de gamle skibe

Ankommen und wohlfühlen, so soll es sein und so war es definitiv! Absolut top und nur zu empfehlen. Traumhafte Lage an der Schlei, tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber, top Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder!

Klein und fein.

Sehr kleine Zimmer mit Dachschräge in der 4. Etage. Service für Gäste mit Hunden sehr gut (15€ extra) Im Restaurant sehr aufmerksames Personal. Sanitär Anlagen sehr gut. Rezeption bis 20.00 Uhr besetzt. Perfekt für kurze Aufenthalte.

Moderne Einrichtung

Sehr modern ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer. Alles an der Einrichtung scheint sehr neu zu sein. Die Zimmer und die Dusche waren äußerst sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.
