Welcome to the "Baltic Pearl" – your oasis with a breathtaking harbor view in Olpenitz! Immerse yourself in a top-class vacation apartment located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) and offering everything you need for a unique Baltic Sea vacation across approximately 97 square meters.
The light-filled living/dining area invites you to enjoy convivial gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to make cooking together a culinary experience. In the living room, a comfortable sofa awaits you, where you can relax and unwind in front of the fireplace at the end of your vacation days.
The two bedrooms are perfect retreats for restful nights. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom is furnished with two box-spring single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for a deep and restful sleep and each includes a wardrobe.
The bathroom features a modern, walk-in shower, toilet, washer-dryer, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
The highlight is the furnished balcony, accessible from all rooms, offering the perfect setting to enjoy beautiful moments and recharge. Here you can truly unwind – whether sunbathing on the lounger, relaxing in the inviting lounge area, or enjoying a refreshing drink with a view of the harbor or the Baltic Sea.
Underfloor heating and an infrared sauna ensure your comfort on cold days – the perfect place to relax and warm up after long walks on the beach. Younger guests are also catered for: a high chair and a travel cot are available.
A private parking space with charging facilities for electric cars and covered bicycle parking are available in front of the building.
An exclusive offer is available for long-term stays of 30 nights or more between January and March 2026.
