Wohlfühlhaus "Kiebitznest" - newly renovated Nurdachhaus, in a fantastic location

Our cozy Nurdachhaus is freshly renovated and offers you as a holiday guest a wonderful stay! Relax on our sun terraces and relax in the peace around Schlei and the Baltic Sea.
Brightly furnished, with up to 6 beds, 3 Flatscreens, Wi-Fi, 2 terraces, balcony, carport, beach chair, and much more.
It offers bright floors, a spacious bathroom, and a very nice living room, which merges into the dining area. To coziness contributes to the stove, which can be used gladly.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, and a small, further bathroom. The one room has two pull-out beds, so that also families with up to 4 children can find enough space with us.
Enjoy the evening hours and the sunset on the beautiful sunny balcony in south-west facing.
The house is completely fenced, four-legged friends are welcome and can romp in the garden undisturbed.
The house is characterized by the complete renovation and its beautiful location. Two parking spaces are available on the property, including a shaded carport for cold winter or hot summer days.
A spacious meadow (directly behind d. House) invites you to play and run around.
Two new bicycles (adult size) are already available for you, own wheels can be brought along and stored in the spacious, lockable garden shed.

Weihnachtsurlaub

Gemütliches Domizil mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Leider war uns der Wettergott nicht wohl gesonnen. Umso mehr haben wir die Behaglichkeit des "Nestes" genossen.

Entspannungsurlaub

Tolles Haus mit einer super Lage zur Schlei. Der morgendliche Spaziergang war immer ein Traum. Bis Kappeln mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8-10 Min. Super schöne Fahrradtouren sind von dort aus gut planbar.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kibitznest war rundum gelungen. Das hübsche Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Super fand ich, dass in der Küche alle Küchenmesser tatsächlich scharf waren. Das kommt nicht so häufig in Ferienwohnung vor. Morgens konnten wir vor dem Haus in der Sonne sitzen und unseren Kaffee genießen und abends den Tag auf der Terrasse zum Garten hin ausklingen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, 10 Sterne

Wir waren schon bei der Ankunft überwältigt von der Lage. Das kiebitznest setzte noch einen drauf. Noch nie so ein modern eingerichtet Haus gesehen. Es war im Haus sauberer wie sauber. Top ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Morgens vor der Haustür in der Sonne gefrühstückt und abends auf der gegenüberliegenden Terrasse in der Sonne den Tag ausklingen lassen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter 1a. Es wurde auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen bzw nach einer Lösung gesucht. Wir können das kiebitznest nur jedem empfehlen der Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Geschäfte (rewe, Lidl, Tankstelle usw) sind ruckzuck in ca 2 km zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 min entfernt. Ich gebe der Unterkunft und dem Gastgeber volle 10 Punkte. Besser geht nicht!! Besondere Unterkunft

Wir haben ein hübsches, sauberes und besonders liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, das von der Ausstattung her keine Wünsche offen ließ. Es war einfach alles vorhanden. Die Lage wunderschön in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit fußläufig ein paar Metern zur Schlei. Wir waren begeistert.

Superferienhaus

Wir waren mit Zwei Paaren und 2 Hunden im Kiebitznest. Es war wunderbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern wertig eingerichtet. Die Austattung war einwandfrei. Durch das vollständig eingezäunte Grundstück brauchten wir uns auch keine Sorgen um unsere Vierbeiner machen. Auch die Anbindung nach Kappeln ist super. 3 km mit dem Fahrrad ist man in kaum 10 Min. am Hafen. War ein toller Urlaub!

Erholung pur

Das Kiebitznest ist einfach nur Traumhaft. Der eingezäumte Garten ist perfekt für Kinder und Hunde. Hinter dem Haus kann man Hase, Fasan, Rehbock, Fuchs und jede menge Vögel beobachten. Das Kiebitznest ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist super, man ist z.B. mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten am Hafen in Kappeln und zu Fuß mit wenigen Schritten an der Schlei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet bekommt man außer der Natur nichts mit. Herr Schmitz ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Anzeige stimmen 1:1. Für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern und Hund war es perfekt und Erholung pur. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war alles sehr gut - mit kleinen Anregungen für Verbesserungeniten

Das Nur-Dach-Haus ist sehr gemütlich und einladend gestaltet, die Lage absolut ruhig und entspannend in einem Ortsteil mit Wohnsiedlungscharakter - schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da der Aufenthalt mit 2 Hunden in dem Haus mit Garten sehr unkompliziert war. Ess- und Wohnbereich und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bequem. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gut und modern ausgestattet - die ebenerdige Dusche bietet viel Platz und ist komfortabel. Vor allem im Bereich der Küche ist die Ausstattung so vollständig wie in einem Privathaushalt - das ist wirklich toll. Der Garten ist sehr ansprechend und für Gäste mit kleineren Kindern oder auch Hund(en) optimal, da er vollständig eingezäunt ist. Für uns als Hundebesitzer war das wirklich prima. Es wäre sinnvoll, die relativ steile Treppe, die für Nur-Dach-Häuser-typisch ist, nicht nur auf den Fotos zu zeigen sondern auch im Text zu erwähnen. Für Kleinkinder und Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist das Erreichen der Schlafzimmer u. U. schwierig und das Herauf- und Heruntertragen von schwererem, sperrigem Gepäck ist nur von fitten Personen zu bewältigen. Ebenfalls nicht zufriedenstellend ist das WC im Obergeschoss, das optisch gewinnen würde, wenn es an das Badezimmer angepasst würde. Insbes. bräuchte es anstelle der Falttür eine bessere Lösung: Sie ist unpraktisch, nicht gut zu bedienen und beengt den kleinen Raum zusätzlich . Generell wäre ein größerer WC-Bereich im OG wünschenswert. Zum Stichwort Sauberkeit würden wir anregen, die Toiletten noch sorgfältiger zu entkalken sowie alle Rückstände an der Edelstahl-Küchenspüle und am Ablauf zu entfernen.

Urlaub in Kappeln

Wir waren von 28.08.22 bis 04.09.22 in Kiebitznest zu viert mit Hund zu Gast. Es ist sowie in der Anzeige beschrieben, einfach wunderschön und gemütlich. Auch von der Aufmerksamkeit des Vermieters waren wir begeistert,sowie an den Hund wurde gedacht. Leider, ist die Lage von der Stadt und Strand etwas entfernt ... diesbezüglich kann man aber mit Auto und Fahrrad bestreiten.Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall absolut wohlgefühlt und wir kommen sehr,sehr gerne wieder.

Wie schon in den vergangenen 2 Jahren haben wir unseren Sommerurlaub in Kappeln und bei Familie Schmitz verbracht. Dieses mal haben wir das Kiebitznest getestet und waren wieder sehr begeistert. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Erholsame Tage in einem gut ausgestatteten Haus

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist wirklich einfach nur super ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind gut und qualitativ gut ausgewählt, für uns war das Sofa etwas zu weich, dass ist aber reine Geschmackssache. Die Küche ist klein aber sehr funktional und gut ausgestattet. Technisch besticht das Haus durch moderne TV und Radio Technik, das WLAN ist top, dass haben unsere Teenager zu schätzen gewusst. Vor und hinter dem Haus oder auf dem Balkon findet man immer ein sonniges Plätzchen. Unser Hund hat den eingezäunten Garten genossen und auch das Herumtoben auf der großen Wiese hinter dem Haus. Die Betten waren bequem und die Schlafräume sehr groß, genauso wie die Kleiderschränke. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich sofort, wenn es ein Problem gibt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, was für Teenager eine Herausforderung ist. Von hier erreicht man aber in kürzester Zeit alle Strände mit dem Fahrrad. Die Promenade in Kappeln ist 3,6 km entfernt und die Fähre nach Anis ist auch nach 3,8 km zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 1,8 km entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Prima, gern wieder

Ein sehr schön renoviertes Haus mit außerordentlich durchdachter Ausstattung und modernsten Geräten, absolut perfekt. Schöner Garten. Ruhig gelegen, Entspannung pur. Gut für 2-4 Erwachsene geeignet, auch mit mittelgroßen Hunden. Zu beachten: Aufgrund steiler Treppe und nicht verschließbarer, Fenster am Kinderzimmer-Bett nicht für kleine Kinder nutzbar. Kaffeemaschine unhygienisch, sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Mehr Spiegel wären gut. Frühen Check-out (10.00 Uhr) beachten, im Internet z.T. mit 10.30. angegeben.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Es hat alles super geklappt, von der Buchung, über das Einchecken bis hin zur Kontaktaufnahme mit Familie Schmitz. Die Größe der Wohnung, die Ausstattung und das Umfeld des Grundstückes waren perfekt. Es liegt relativ nah an Kappeln und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Dieser Urlaub bleibt uns in sehr guter Erinnerung.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage, im Haus hat nichts gefehlt, vor allem ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser und Handtücher in Hülle und Fülle!!!! Der Garten ist wirklich super eingezäunt, jedes Eckchen ist zu, für uns mit Hund einfach spitze... uns hat es wirklich sehr sehr gut gefallen!
