"revervasyonumuz işletmeniz keyfine göre iptal edildi. Akşam saati mağdur kaldık. Ayrıca bizimle aynı durumu yaşayan başka bir gruba da rastladık aynı gün. Revervasyon yaparsanız kesinlikle sizin de başınıza böyle bir durum gelebilir. Çok dikkatli olmakta fayda var. Konaklayacağım var derken bir anda konaklama için saatlerce yer aramak durumunda kalırsınız."

"Staff welcomed us well but when they noticed that I made this reservation thru Expedia, they told me that "you made the reservation for the worst room" I couldn't understand at all how can it be possible. Room was not like pictures. Cleanliness was not good at all. I'm totally sure that you can find better places in the city centre with same or a little higher with this amount. Room equipments were missing. They re not providing towels. I guess Expedia should check this hotel "
