" We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools. "

"This hotel is average . I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband . We noticed a lot of refurbishments work being carried out in the hotel during our stay. This hotel has all the facilities including a fully equipped gym and spa. The main reception area , main pool and our room were stunning and excellent. However, a fair amount of repair and refurbishments are required in other areas . We especially loved the thermal pool, ( the local area is known for natural hot springs ) however, this needs regular maintenance as it was unusable on one of the days, which was sadly very disappointing. My husband and I really enjoyed the spa treatments we received, the Balinese masseurs were very professional and polite. The spa manager provided us with very hospitable and friendly service. We enjoyed half board at Lycus River and the food was varied and delicious .Overall, the staff here at the hotel are extremely hard working and polite. In my opinion they are very customer focused . I am confident, with the necessary refurbishments and pristine maintenance, Lycus River could easily be an excellent 5 star hotel. "
