"4 nights for the jazz fest and I wish we’d booked a week!This place is perfect for 4 adults (I think using the advertised sofa bed would’ve been too cramped)Beautiful house about an hours drive from Kalamata airport. 5-10 minute walk down the hill to the village which was ideal to dip in and out of the music. The terrace with table chairs was ideal and the pool was very welcome! Great that pool towels and toiletries were included as it allowed us to travel hand-luggage only for a short break....

Mystras Grand Palace Resort & Spa

"My husband is wandering around the paths between buildings muttering “this is paradise.” He certainly has a good argument for it. The hotel and its grounds are stunning, built in stone in the Mani style (Southern Peloponnese) with ancient olive trees and flowering cactuses and roses along its connecting paths. We are a family of three (two adults, one teen) so I chose the best fit for us when I booked a room. It is ample space for three, with its own stone patio and a larger beautiful bath. The pool has been a highlight for my daughter, and I love having poolside restaurant and bar/cafe service. Staff here are attentive but also allow your privacy. They’re also very helpful when engaged in conversation. My favorite part of the stay is the meal I usually skip: breakfast. It was the most beautiful and comprehensive breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen! And to sit in the upstairs restaurant terrace, sipping coffee and seeing the ancient monastery of Mystras, nestled almost invisibly in the enormous mountains, is a life affirming experience. We loved this hotel so much we have decided to book another ten days here, so that we can soak up as much sun and relaxation as we can."

"Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children."

"Yerma Suites were great at communicating from the moment we booked. Check in was seamless and welcoming from Kyria Sofia (who was also great with our children giving them cookies and water after the drive). The room was beautiful and comfortable and the view is unbeatable. It’s a short walk to Limeni town where there are delicious restaurants and some incredible swimming spots. There aren’t really any mini markets walkable however so plan accordingly to have waters and things in your room if you needed. It was a non issue for us since Aeropolis is also so close and is a great location for an evening out. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!"
