"We arrived at Kushiro & wanted a cosy place to stay. This is a great place! It has everything to feel at home. The only thing we did not like about the check-in process is that the link to begin the process was not sent to us until 24-hours prior to us arrival. I think it should be made available to the guests sooner so we can find the time to complete the process. "Clean, tiny, gets the job done. For the price, great little place. Good to know - it is not next to the main Kushiro station, but it is next to Higata-Kushiro station. Trains come a few times a day, maybe check the schedule before booking. But shower is good, heat works. and we had no problems with the booking."

"This is a very uniquely Kushiro hotel, with a great spot overlooking the river. It’s got under 50 rooms for a more boutique feel than the larger businesses hotel chains nearby. Designed by a local architect and updated through the years, it has a lot of character and charm. The staff are extremely helpful and look after your needs well. I particularly enjoyed the free drink service and serving of venison curry in the evening, it was a tasty snack after a long day. The lobby has a selection of clothes and other items from local brands available for purchase. Definitely the place to stay if you are looking for an authentic local experience."
