Our holiday home, which was only completed at the end of 2020, is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen, which is known for its beautiful dunes, the wonderfully wide sandy beach and the privileged location between the Baltic Sea and the Peene River.
In the northern part of the island of Usedom, you can combine the proximity of the Baltic Sea with the beauty of the island's nature for a successful holiday.
Location description:
Our luxurious holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the marina and approx. 2.4 km through the village to the Baltic Sea beach. The harbour area is somewhat removed from the tourist hustle and bustle and its quiet location makes it ideal for relaxation.
There are also two excellent restaurants and a fish shop at the harbour basin. It is about 1.4 km to the centre of Karlshagen and thus to many shopping facilities. Karlshagen and its neighbouring communities Peenemünde and Trassenheide offer not only the spectacular beach but also many opportunities to spend an interesting and varied holiday. Our house is part of a holiday home estate consisting of twelve houses on a well-kept private property.
Facilities:
The spacious holiday home (183 sqm living space) is a modern half-timbered house, which is characterised by large glass surfaces and very beautiful wooden beams and ceilings. You always have an open view of the spacious lawn and the surrounding countryside. The newly built house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore be booked for a maximum of 8 adults and a small child.
Ground floor:
Here you will find a large entrance area with cloakroom and the spacious dining and living area with fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace. There is space for 10 people at a large wooden dining table and 3 cosy sofas. The ground floor also has a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 210 cm) and a cot (without bed linen) and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is a washer-dryer in the utility room.
Top floor:
Guests will find 2 bedrooms with an upholstered double bed (180 x 210 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are 2 bathrooms with shower.
Outdoor area:
Whether wellness area, fireplace, quiet reading corner or large playground for the children - we have spared no effort to offer our guests a wide variety of outdoor recreational opportunities on our property.
Up to 3 car parking spaces can be used at the house. The entire south side of the house (dining and living area) has an inviting large terrace (3 x 12 metres). Here you will find a large glass table with 8 chairs and 2 loungers. The highlight is a whirlpool for 6-7 people and an outdoor sauna with shower. We have integrated a fire pit with cosy benches into the lawn, which guarantees pleasant evenings around the campfire with stick bread or grilled sausages.
You can also sunbathe in a beach chair a little further away. The spacious playground has a trampoline, a climbing frame with slide and a table tennis table.
Special features:
Bed linen, towels, bath towels and sauna towels are provided free of charge.
The handover and instruction on arrival and departure are carried out by the owner himself.
Out of consideration for the well-being of the neighbours, we would like to point out that our holiday home is not suitable for private parties or company celebrations and ask for a quiet and relaxed use.
