Great hotel in general.

Nice, clean hotel with a great breakfast and good, modern rooms. Parking is expensive but there's an alternative at Museiparken (includes free overnight parking and 11kW charging).

Checking in was fast and easy—staff torally prepared. It’s at the heart of an old Swedish town so parking was a couple blocks away at the public library pay lot. Inexpensive, easy and there was plenty of short term parking in front of the hotel for check in. Our stay was short.

The hotel was at a nice location, parking was easy to access with a 250 sek fee. We had a dog friendly room and was welcomed with dog treats and bowls which was super nice! We also got to bring our dog along to the outdoor seating for breakfast. One thing I wish could've been better is the condition of the room. The bathroom didn't have windows which was a bit dark, the walls and doors were also a bit worn down. The bathtub definitely needed some repair on the corner. Overall it was still a good experience.

Really enjoyable stay.

River-view room was spacious enough with sound-proof windows, which helped since the room is above the outdoor bar area. Comfy bed and pillows, excellent breakfast included. Make sure you get confirmation of your parking if booking it. We requested parking months before with our booking, only to be told that none was reserved as we had not been given confirmation. Their fault apparently, but no solution provided other than to go somewhere else a few blocks away. If you want to use the spa area, you need to pay extra and book a time slot days before you arrive. Rooftop pool area is free, though. Food at Bishops Arms Hotel is excellent and a has great ambience.

Mycket bra service i både reception och restaurang. En extra eloge till den trevlige och hjälpsamme killen i baren vid takpoolen. Lute tråkigt att fönstrena var flrtejpade och att det knapp kom in mågot dagsljus.
