Doppelhaushälfte in Karolinenkoog

This spacious and newly built semi-detached house offers space and comfort for the whole family. The house will be for an occupancy of up to 6 people. The living-dining area with a fully equipped and high-quality kitchen is flooded with light and offers direct access to the garden. On the west-facing side of the garden you have a furnished terrace with a beach chair and charcoal grill. The first of 3 bedrooms and a guest toilet with shower are also on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. Therefore, the feel-good occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. The wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where the other two bedrooms are located. From these rooms you have a view of the dike and the Eider behind it. There is also a small room with a couch and desk, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the upper floor.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Doppelhaushaelfte in Karolinenkoog! Het huis was ruim en goed uitgerust voor ons gezin van vijf, met een gezellige woonkamer waar we 's avonds spelletjes speelden. Ik vond vooral de directe toegang tot de tuin erg fijn, ideaal voor een kopje koffie in de zon 's ochtends. De kinderen hebben volop gebruikgemaakt van de stapelbedden en hebben zich prima buiten vermaakt. Geweldige locatie, dicht bij het Multimar Wattforum, ideaal voor een geslaagd dagje uit! Ik raad deze plek ten zeerste aan voor gezinnen
