lo mejor: localización, baños renovados y buena atención personal.
Lo que no nos ha gustado y que casi roza la estafa es que no es posible estar a 9 grados en los karpac y no tener encendida la calefacción! Y además nos dicen que no pueden encenderla... no me lo creo! Es algo ilógico y falta de respeto al confort del cliente el cual tras largas rutas de montaña con frío necesita un aposento confortable y aclimatado.
Lo "solucionaron" cambiándonos de habitación (la p32 es lo más parecido a un Iglú no la reserveis) y ofreciendo la habitación 17 con 3 camas y un calefactor de resistencia térmica.
Sinceramente no volveré a este lugar, sentimiento agridulce, la belleza de la zona quedará en mi memoria en contra posición con el hotel :(
Lo siento por el personal el cual ha sido muy amable y servicial incluso preguntando al día siguiente si hemos pasado frío.
