Highly recommend for vacation

Great hotel and I highly recommend it. Especially spa which was awesome. The area around was amazing. Additionally there are shops pretty close if needed.

Das Hotel liegt ganz idyllisch oben auf dem Berg mit Blick zur Schneekoppe, das ist wirklich wunderschön. eS ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel macht einen guten Gesamteindruck, netter Pool mit Bergblick mit Sauna, das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, schön eingerichtet, schmackhaftes Essen. Von der Terrasse hat man auch einen schönen Blick. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Leider entspricht die Zimmereinrichtung und Zustand nicht den 4 Sternen, schade. Die Teppiche sind in keinem guten Zustand und hier und da ist etwas defekt im Zimmer. Die Betten sind ok und auch die Kissen schön weich. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, mit etwas polnisch, deutsch und englisch kann man sich verständigen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Leider sprach das meiste Personal kein deutsch(wie in der Ausschreibung angekündigt). Der Wellness Bereich war auch mangelhaft. Das Wasser im Pool viel zu kalt, die Sauna ging nicht alle Tage. Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut.

Bardzo ładne miejsce z przepięknym widokiem na panoramę Karkonoszy. Wyjątkowo dobre śniadania oraz dania obiadowe z karty (polecam bazyliowego risotto). W pokojach bardzo ciepło, jedynie woda w basenie mogłaby być trochę cieplejsza.

A retreat with famous and infamous visitors. Angela Merkel, Lech Walenca and Vadlav Havel on the famous side. Fantastic views of the Karconosze mountains. New hotel surrounding the original chalet preserves the magical ambience of the location

Großartiger Ausblick

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen auf einem berg mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Schneekoppe. Leider befinden sich überall auf dem Gelände kleinere unvollendete Baustellen die den Gesamteindruck schmälern. Das Corona Management welches z.B. die Abschaffung der Reinigung belegter Zimmer oder die Begrenzung des Frühstückszeitraums auf 30 minuten pro person halte ich für nicht gelungen

Sehr entspannte Tage mit tolle Bedienung und sehr freundliches Team . Wir hatten auch Glück und konnten ein paar Tage das Schnee genießen und schöne Spaziergänge machen. Danach Sauna für mein Mann und für mich angenehme Massage . Wir werden schon öfter dort kommen! Besonders weil es liegt nicht so weit weg vom Berlin und man kann in 3 Stunden am Ort sein. Nach dem leckeren Essen ist jetzt starke Diät angesagt.. wir werden jeden das Hotel empfehlen und allen unseren Bekannten sagen das eine tolle Sache ist zum ausprobieren und genießen . Karpacz selber ist eine typische Ski Ort. Umgebung bittet aber schöne Schlösser und alte Kirchen zu besichtigen. Glas Fabrik Julia ist sehr interessant und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Spricht auch nein schlechtem Wetter hat man was tolles zu sehen .

Fast ein Geheimtipp.

Das Hotel selbst ist empfehlenswert. Allerdings hatte ich einige Mühe , den idyllischen Hügel zu finden ,auf dem es liegt. Die Beschilderung am Ortsausgang Richtung Kowary ist schlecht zu sehen. Aber dann nach Bewätigung der 4-5 Umrundungen des Hügels auf ziemlich löchriger Piste durch gesunden Verhältnis. Buchenwald kommt der Aha-Effekt. Traumhafter Blick zur Riesengebirgskette von der Terrasse, Dort das fabelhafte Frühstück einzunehmen , super. Sehr schön für das kleine Hotel auch der Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna. Die Zimmer etwas klein, Bäder tipptopp, alles supersauber. Und nach dem quirligen Karpacz Ruhe und Entspannung.

Great location with fantastic views

Checkin was fast and simple. Room was average with some of the work on the build of the room itself looking like it was rushed. The shower was not that great as the glass wall swung back and forth and did not prevent the water from getting all over the place. Food for breakfast buffet was fantastic and strolling around the grounds of the hotel was a pleasure.

High Price, Huge Disappointment

The location is stunning. Great views of the surrounding mountains from the rooms, restaurant and viewing deck. The night manager is fantastic and very professional, give the guy a raise. ( 10/10 ) During the day though, the receptionist/day manager is unapologetically inefficient. Could not answer simple questions with regard to the facilities and was ignorant when we informed him that the restaurant is closed when it should be open. Do not bother eating dinner there as it is of hostel quality rather than luxury hotel. Extremely disappointed. The hotel also seems to be understaffed, as the girl in the restaurant/kitchen could not keep up with the amount of guests at breakfast. All in all, there are much better hotels in Karpacz offering better service at a better price point.

Nicht zu 100% empfehlenswert

Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist traumhaft, die größe und sauberkeit der Zimmer ist spitze. Allerdings ist der Spa Bereich eine Zumutung, das Dampbad funktionierte nicht, der Ruheraum war immer abgeschlossen und Liegen um den Pool waren gar keine vorhanden. Das schlimmste war aber der vermoderte Geruch im Spa Bereich. Das Gebäude wo das Frühstück Buffet war, ist noch im Umbau so das man vom Baulärm teilweise belästigt wird und der Anblick auch nicht der schönste ist. Trotz der schönen Ausssicht und der tollen Zimmer, würde für uns das Hotel nicht mehr in Frage kommen !!!
