"This apartment was clean,bright and well equipped.couldnt fault it. Only downside was two flights of stairs to the entry door. Probably my mistake but i wasnt aware of that! Would have been very difficult for us to get luggage up there without help! "

"Lovely villa, this was our third stay here. Host very helpful and villa was well kept and clean. Villa is situated close to beach and all amenities with a regular bus service if required although we always hire a car for our convenience. Will certainly consider another visit next year."

"We had the pleasure of spending a week at the Royal Beachfront Villa – simply fantastic! Location & Surroundings: Right by the sea – it doesn&rsquot get any better. Two stunning bays are just a few minutes’ walk away: • One with a lovely beach bar and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing. • The other, more natural and ideal for snorkeling in crystal-clear water. Restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance, and the locals are incredibly warm and service-minded. The Villa: Spacious and ideal for families or groups – we were eight people and had plenty of room. The garden with the large pool is a real highlight, and those who enjoy jogging will find beautiful coastal paths right outside the door. Amenities: The villa is well equipped and offers everything you need. Organization: Booking, check-in and communication via WhatsApp were smooth and easy. Everything was perfectly organized – straightforward and professional. Conclusion: A truly wonderful place to relax and unwind – perfect location, excellent service, and a feel-good atmosphere all around. We&rsquod love to come back! A small downside: only three wine glasses . Most of the beds are 1.40 m wide (except in the master bedroom) and a bit on the soft side – but that didn&rsquot affect our enjoyment in the slightest."

"The villa is in a good location. Walking distance to food shops and restaurants. Regular buses nearby to go into Protaras for more variety of restaurants. From upstairs balcony there is a view of the sea. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a beach and fishing harbour and walk to other beaches. The villa is very nice inside and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Looking at the photo of the pool, it is very misleading as this is the view from the balcony to the beach and features the pool next door which was beautiful. Although I swam in our pool every morning and enjoyed it, it was a bit strange with a very shallow part with no access unless you slid in from the side. The ladder access took you to the deep end. It was fine for me as a regular swimmer but could be an issue for someone less confident. The pool would look nicer with tiles on the bottom. It was painted blue and had lots of scrapes when cleaned. We like to sit in the sunshine all day and we’re able to do that by moving around the poolside throughout the day when the sun moved and we’re happy with that. The owner was very helpful when asked for advice but what would be really helpful would be a file in the villa with helpful information. All the other villas we have been to have had that. This would have details like where is the nearest shop, restaurant, bus stop, beach, walks and instructions to use the washing machine and cooker. We found out these details quite quickly but a file would have helped."

"Property a little tired needs a overhaul, the description said there is TV but sadly there isn't unless you provide your own fire stick, also the pool is in the front of the property on the main street with no privacy. The microwave, pool lights and several indoor/outdoor lights not working."
