"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Mysigt boende, trevligt värdpar och bra frukost som dock fick köpas till. Dock blev vi förvånade då rummet visade sig ha delat badrum/toalett trots att det stod att detta skulle finnas på rummet. När vi kom var papperskorgen på rummet inte tömd och fullt med dammråttor under sängen vilket drog ner på betyget för ett boende som annars skulle fått högsta betyg."

"The location is beautiful and the owner very friendly.
We had one of the apartments, which is very spacious. The place is simplistic for a b&b. There was no provided soap and the shover door doesn’t close properly. This was disappointing. "
