"The room was clean, which we appreciated, but the furniture felt quite outdated and worn. The linens—both the towels and sheets—did not meet what I would expect from a hotel in terms of quality and comfort. Additionally, the property description was misleading. There is no actual lake on-site; it is a small pond with a dam located across the street, which did not match the expectations set when booking. Overall, while cleanliness was a plus, the accommodations and amenities did not align with how the property is advertised."

"Pros: Nice new and clean hotel with convenient location and good staff. Cons: Demand pricing was crazy high. No hot water in evening or in morning. Bathroom light is on motion sensor and doesn’t recognize movement when in the shower so goes dark constantly. "

"Beautiful hotel, updated and spotless rooms and entire facility. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only 10 minutes from campus and downtown area. Golf course available to guests."

"Property and rooms are shabby. Carpets looked worn out and multiple stains around the room on the furniture. Shower was backed up because the drain needs to be cleaned. Staff was friendly but didn’t communicate and I was disturbed by housekeeping multiple times despite having late checkout. It met my needs for this trip but I would not return if I came to this area again"
