"Room was comfortable and air conditioning was quiet. Bathroom was very small and hard to navigate. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating."

"Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. "
