"We had a room right near a street light that blared directly into our room so we had to keep the shutters closed. That made the room extremely stuffy and hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on but couldn’t and were told it was “locked.” The hotel was nice and clean but it was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. "

"I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the charm and detail of the decor. It was in a great location in the middle of Cortina. I am planning to stay here again next year! "
