Perfect Stay in Karuizawa

Superb easy cozy stay while in Karuizawa. The location is perfect to walk from/to Station, Outlet, Komoba Pond. Bus stop in front of hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Free flow alcohol drink in best vibe is so perfect for relax before get sleep. I will choose this hotel again when i’m back in Karuizawa.

お食事をホテルでしましたが、デザートプレートと紅茶をサーブされた際、それまでの料理はしっかりお皿の向きや置き場所は丁寧だったのに、年配の男性が最後サーブしてこられた際は、めちゃくちゃだった。最後に残念な思いをした。 また部屋に関してはおそらく前の人が使っていたであろうヘアゴムがベッドの横に落ちていたので、しっかり清掃されてるのか疑問に思った。 新しくできたホテルなので、期待していたが非常に残念な思いをしてしまいました。

スタッフの方の対応もよく、お部屋に行く前から気持ちよいと感じました。 エントランスの雰囲気もよく、また来たいと思いました。 一つだけ気になったのが、ベットの硬さが合わず、なかなか寝付けなかったです。 それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

夕食メニューに季節感を。

一泊夕朝食付きのプラン。 夕食はどの皿もプロフェッショナルな味わいで　大変堪能しました。しかし、、、、 夕食メニューが前回(2月)と　全く同じで　ホンのチョット季節感があるといいなあと思いました。 ホテルスタッフ　清潔感は問題なし。 朝食は色々選べるので新しい味を楽しみました。 リピートしようと思っています。

お部屋はとても広くインテリアも素敵。お料理も美味しいので大満足です。 セキュリティがしっかりしているのはとても良いのですが、部屋のキーカードが1枚しか無いため別行動したい時に不便を感じました。 お風呂はバスタブがとても大きくて快適です。 これだけゆったりとしたバスルームのホテルはなかなかありませんね。最高です。ただ排水溝のニオイなのか？ちょっと嫌なニオイが気になりました。

ワーケーションには向いていません

ノマドワークに最適という宣伝文句に惹かれて2泊予約しました。が、メディアで紹介されていたようなワークスペースはどこにもなく、かなり残念でした。 また、スタッフの対応も丁寧とは言い難く、洗練された接客に慣れている人には向かないと思います。チェックアウトの時などは「そちらでどうぞ」と機械を指さされただけでありがとうございましたのひと言もなく、呆れてしまいました。 以上のとおりマイナス点は多いですが、立地はよく、ホセ・ルイスも美味しいので、食事目当てで割り切って利用する分にはいいと思います。

一番スタンダードなツインの部屋でしたがベッドとベットの間がなかったので、主人寝る時に使用する機会の置き場がなくて困った。 パジャマが半袖で寒かった。 2食付きでしたが、ホセルイスのスペイン料理大変美味しかった。おすすめのワインも満足でした。子供づれでしたけど、個室を用意して頂き、幼児用の椅子の用意も、子供用のお料理まで、大変気を使って頂きとてもありがたかったです。担当の方も良くお世話をしたくださいました。 また、ぜひ、宿泊してスペイン料理を堪能したいと思います。
