"For an authentic Japanese experience this is the place to go. Staff wonderfully helpful, picked us up from the Monkey Park when we arrived, also put on an early breakfast for us as well as early transport to the railway station."

"国民宿舎タイプの宿泊施設で、建物自体は古い感じがところどころに伺えるが、お風呂の蛇口を除いて快適に維持されている。利用した4人用の和室も快適なもの。食堂で供される朝食は、小鉢が多く満足できた。部屋、温泉、食堂からの浅間山の眺望は素晴らしい。場所は、小諸駅から川を挟んだ反対側という場所は眺望が良い分、車利用なら問題ないが、駅からの歩きは厳しいかもしれない。小諸周辺に滞在する場合、また利用したい。"
