"This was amazing onsen beside the Yubatake (which is right in front on the hotel) so you are in the middle of the town they have Yukata you can borrow and take wear to walk and take pictures outside too. "Incredible service and an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, provided transport for us to see the monkey park and get us back to town in time for our train back. The evening meal was absolutely incredible and such a lovely experience, and the Onsen was outstanding. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again with absolutely no hesitation."

"This was our first time in a Ryokan! And we loved it!! We enjoyed wearing the Kimonos provided and having a multi course dinner! They were also able to provide vegetarian options for dinner as well. The onsen at the hotel was much larger and nicer than the free ones outside the hotel. There is a toilet in the room but no shower, so you have to use the public bath to shower."
