"The room was very spacious and clean, but one thing I didn't enjoy was the smel of bug killer spray. I think I wasn't lucky. I'm sure the room usually doesn't smel. The food was amazing. "

"Property need to go through some upgrades. Stay at room 346 for 3 nights. Room ceiling has dust and moulds around washing sink. It is also noisy in the middle of the night can hear noise , push/dragging if furniture sound coming from the dining area cause room is directly above it. Bed sheets has holes too , lol. Onsen is nice however the drying/ beauty area has 2 hair dryer not in working condition. May not be worth the $ . "

"Nice room and bathroom, great location, close to start of hiking trails, shopping street, and the large onsen. Cafe and bakery have a delicious selection. Don’t forget to try the milk or icecream!"

"The rowdy Korean tour groups spoiled the stay. No free flow soft drinks during breakfast and dinner which was below normal provisions. Food options were not great except for the snow crab claws and stir fried beef cubes."

"A fantastic, characterful hotel in a great position. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Very generous breakfast and dinners. Lovely in-room onsen overlooking the mountains."
