Charming, two level, house high up in the lush, green area of Kokkini, just outside Marmari, with a long beach stretching , 2.5 klms below. House overlooking the bay, offers stunning sunset views and privacy in a beautiful, large, Mediterranean garden. Main floor is an open space design with living room, kitchen-dining room area and a two step-up bedroom, with two single beds, bathroom and separate W.C. Futon couch opens up to an extra double bed. Walk out to patio and garden and down some steps, you will find a separate, private furnished accommodation with double bed, dining table etc, breakfast facilities and small fridge, shower and W.C. It also enjoys its own patio onto the garden.
Main cottage is fully equipped with washing machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and utensils while both units are supplied with linen, towels, hairdryers and breakfast necessities.
The house is 2.5 klms from long pebble beach with trees and 4 klms from small port village of Marmari with supermarkets, restaurants and bars while it is just 20 mins away from the larger port and town of Karystos. As house located on a hill, car is a necessity and property has private parking area
Half an hour from Athens airport to the port of Rafina and one hour on the ferry will take you to Marmari on the island of Evia. Ideal resort for peaceful holidays in nature where you may enjoy swimming, snorkeling, fishing, scuba-diving, walking or hiking the Dinosaris canyon out of Karystos.
Long term renters welcome, children welcome, pets considered, smoking is O.K., not suitable for people with physical mobility difficulties, wheelchair inaccessible.
