We could not have been more thrilled with our stay at Villa Dova. Angie was delightful, helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay really special from the generous food and drink she provided on our arrival through to the lovely gifts of fruit and vegetables picked fresh from her garden.
The villa, gardens and location are utterly glorious. The house is large, luxurious (supremely comfy beds!), beautifully decorated and there was everything a family could wish for (and more) in the very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, barbecue facilities, towels, linen and beach gear. The beach itself, only a very short walk away, was incredibly quiet, with a reserved spot with umbrella, loungers and kayak all ready for us - which, alongside the crystal clear water, meant we rarely wanted to venture further afield for another beach experience! Additionally Angie had provided a huge amount of information on good places to eat and about things to see and do locally, we only scratched the surface of the recommended excursions.
Overall we could not have wished for a more amazing place to stay - our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Thank you so much, Angie, we will be back!
