Villa Kırlangıç is located in Kalkan/Kızıltaş. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has a private pool. It has a magnificent sea view. The roof terrace and seating group provide you with the opportunity to relax with the sea view. Our villa, which has a unique view, will also make you happy with its interior and exterior decoration. It has a parking lot for 3 vehicles. It is a suitable holiday villa option for large families or crowded groups of friends.
NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of 150 pounds is charged for accommodations of 5 nights or less.

Kitchen
It has a luxury kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner set, kettle, dining table and chairs, dinner set for 4 people, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. Everything has been thought of for our guests in our kitchen. In addition, if you inform us if there is anything missing during your holiday, it will be supplied as soon as possible.

Cleaning and Linen
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa. If you want to wash it yourself, you can do so, but if you request extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee.
Pool
There is a private pool. Width: 5 m, Length: 8 m, Depth: 1.55 m.
Garden

A deposit of
100 pounds or the equivalent in other foreign currency or Turkish Lira is taken by the authorized person as a deposit upon entry to the villa for broken, spilled, damaged, lost, etc. If there is no problem, the amount you have paid is returned to you at our Kalkan summer rental villa at the check-out time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In all villas located in nature, there is a possibility of finding butterflies, insects, ants, flies etc. in the surroundings, this is quite natural.
The check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the first day. Our check-out time is 10:00 on the last day. Cleaning is done during the time period in between. In order to avoid any difficulties, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the entry and exit times.
- Kalkan is a settlement built on a hillside due to its geographical structure. In order to reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, you have to go uphill.
