Once we conquered the steep rise into property we spent our days relaxing by the pool and enjoying the balconies and garden. The views are incredible. The house has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Waking up to sunrise each morning was incredible. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful stay at Villa Kybele!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Villa Kybele. Gunduz was a great host.. he was always available to assist but totally unobtrusive. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need which made self catering a breeze. The gardens are beautiful and the view is spectacular!

Lovly View

The home is on the same property the owner lives. When there are questions or issues he promptly whats apps or arrives at the door. The front deck and pool are beautiful as the picture shows. The location is challanging as the entrance and road is quite steep. The one issue we did have was the clothes washing machine broke before we could finish our laundry. The owner tried but could not be fixed during our stay.Overall a wonderful stay.

Before booking the property I read all the 10/10 reviews and was anticipating a great stay, however the property surpassed that anticipation by some way. The property is awesome, the small personal touches Gunduz has applied are great, the facilities are amazing, including all the appliances and accessories you'll need, the pool was super clean and with the most epic view, night swimming, morning swims, afternoon dips. The beds were comfy, the main bedroom view fantastic. Everything in the house was clean, the gardens around the house welcoming. Gunduz was attentive and is a clearly a very kind person.

Beautiful villa and gardens

Our stay at Kybele was just perfect. The villa itself has everything you could need and beautifully decorated with interesting art pieces, the kitchen has all equipment to prepare home meals and amazing rustic crockery but the gardens were what sold this villa and they did not disappont very magical in the evening and the views from the pool area hard to beat! Our host gunduz was extremely helpful and we knew was always around to help if needed but was not intrusive at all. We were able to explore kalkan and the surrounding areas to include beach clubs. Mountain restaurants. Saklikent gorge and gizlikent waterfall, patara beach and ruins, day bout trip, kas day out , orka waterworld at oludeniz and fethiye harbour but there is still so much to see and do so will definitely be planning a return trip and cannot wait to be back at villa kybele :)

Stunning villa and vacation in Kalkan!

We really enjoyed the rest. Gunduz is a very pleasant host, helped with all questions, was very kind. The villa is very beautiful, lots of greenery, garden, gorgeous pool and crazy sea views. The house is equipped with all the necessary technical equipment, it was very comfortable to rest. In a 5-minute drive you can go to the beach, which is very cultured, with all amenities. And also to travel longer distances and visit other beaches. During trips, amazing views open up. And Kalkan is just an amazing city with its beautiful old town inside and its structure, an extraordinary city, as well as the population, tourists ... Everyone is very welcome! It was incredibly interesting to visit there and I really liked it, we will come again and again. Of course, in order for the rest to turn out exactly like this, it is necessary to rent a car.

Perfect location to spend your vacation! Kalkan centrum is reachable by car in less than 10 min. Patara beach are not so far away (by car approx. 25 min.). The house is full equipped with all what you wish and need. The same can of course be said about the kitchen. The house as well the private pool is very nice. The sea view is amazing! The house is silent located. The communication with the owner of the house, Gündüz, was likeable and very helpful at all the time. All in all, it’s really a very nice place to relax and to enjoy your vacation. The house as well of course the whole location is highly recommended! We will come back, for sur!

Fantastic villa!

We are just back from an amazing two weeks in the Villa Kybele and the place just blew us away! Its high position gives the Villa fantastic views across Kalkan and the bay and there is often a gentle breeze to be had whilst sitting by the pool. The host couldn't be more helpful and has done a stunning job on the Villas gardens which offer both entertaining space and shady areas to sit.Inside the Villa has everything we needed and is much larger than we expected. It had all the facilities we could want and offered and great place to relax after a busy day. One tip, the walk down to Kalkan is 'fun' ( we did it 5 or 6 times), but we would recommend a taxi ride home (which is around £4.00), as the ascent back up would be a 'challenge'. Please don't let this put you off as this Villa is a 'slice of Kalkan heaven'. When we come back to Kalkan, we would definitely stay here again...it was so beautiful. Finally a big thank you to our host for providing such a wonderful place to spend our holiday.

Eine super Villa mit super Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Danke an Gündüz, den Vermieter, für deine Unterstützung und Hilfe. Die Villa liegt oben ( ziemlich steile Anfahrt) und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kommen gerne wieder. Aufenthalt!

Pure Erholung, super Auszeit vom Alltag

Hallo lieber Gündüz, wir wollen uns für die schönen 10 Tage, die wir bei dir verbringen durften, bedanken. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Als wir das Haus sahen, waren wir total begeistert auch von der Einrichtung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Traumhaft war der Ausblick auf das Meer. Du warst sehr hilfsbereit bei all unseren Fragen und gabt uns Tipps bei den Ausflügen. Ein Highlight war die süße Katze, die uns zwei Mal am Tag besucht hat und uns soo viel Liebe geschenkt hat. Wir haben uns in sie verliebt (braun/weiß/schwarz gefleckte). Auch der Hahn, der nebenan gekräht hat, war innerhalb von zwei Tagen „ unser Hahn“ Hahahaha. Vielen Dank nochmal, dass auch unsere Nichte mit Ihrem Mann spontan bei uns übernachten durfte. Dein Haus mit dem Traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer hat uns viel Harmonie, Ruhe und Glück gegeben so dass wir uns super erholen konnten. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum....der Ausblick ist umwerfend und man erreicht die maximale Erholung.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas steinig und steil aber es ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir können das Objekt zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Villa Kybele is an exceptional property in many ways. The gardens and the villa are both beautifully maintained and look fabulous. It is quite difficult to access as the villa is on a steep hill, above the town.

Superbe

Fidèle à la description nous avons passé deux semaines superbes magnifiques vue .la maison est coquette il y a tout le nécessaire pour y vivre . Sa piscine et son jardin y sont fort agréable. Seul bémol il vous faut des mollets et ou une voiture! le fait que la maison est vraiment situé dans les hauteurs de kalkan et dans un chemin assez difficile à monter que ce soit en voiture ou à pieds vous rendra les vacances bcp moins agréables . Il y a tout néanmoins à porter de pieds .super marché et boucherie au plus proche. Le propriétaire est dans la maison d à côté mais franchement super discret . Deuxième bémol le wifi impossible la dernière semaine d'avoir du WiFi meme avec l aide du propriétaire meme si il a etait tres sympa nous avons fini par lacher car rien n y faisait. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil .et conseillons sans problème sa propriété.

Ein wunderschöner Ort

Der Besitzer des Objektes ist ein sehr netter Mensch, hat uns herzlich empfangen und wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool gross genug und hat einen wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick. Es gibt genug Schattenmöglichkeiten so dass man nie unter der Sonne liegen muss aber immer kann. Vom Hauptschlafzimmer oben, gibt es Morgens einen wunderschönen Blick übers Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt. Im Haus ist alles verfügbar was man braucht.

Magnifique vue sur la baie de Kalkan

Très jolie maison, avec de beaux espaces, un jardin arboré agréable. La piscine à débordement est agréable, avec vue sur les îles de la baie de Kalkan. Espaces ombragés dans le jardin. Maison bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très gentil & discret. A recommander.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passés trois semaines magnifiques à kalkan. Gunduz, le propriétaire est très attentionné . Nous avons très bien accueillis. La villa et sa piscine , un rêve ! Quelle vue! Quelle tranquillité ! Un grand merci à Gunduz .
