"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time."

"Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech "

"Exceptional. The villa is beautiful and all the staff as lovely. All speak perfect English and can not do enough for you. When our air conditioning stop we were taken to a new room immediately and helped to move. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening meal was delicious and extremely flexible. Highly recommend. "Love this location as it was close to the entrance of the medina so getting a taxi with all our luggage was easy inconvenient and we didn’t have to walk a long way at all to get our things to this Medina. The staff was friendly. The rooms were really comfortable and we couldn’t be happier with or stay there. One of the reviews said there were no locks on the outside of the door, which is true but they do provide a padlock with key and it’s so safe that I wouldn’t even worry about that. Would highly recommend this place."
