"The free shuttle bus between hotel and Haneda Airport is very helpful. The staff is very friendly. The public bath in the hotel is very nice. 7-11 convenience store and post office are only 5 minutes walk away. I will recommend this hotel to day."

"Excellent location and excellent hotel. Staff is extremely kind and helpful even when there was a little bit of a language barrier. Rooms are super spacious and clean. It’s just steps away from the monarail or if you don’t feel like walking they also provide a shuttle to the monorail. The lobby is stunning. There is a small convenience store as well as a separate Disney gift shop. I would highly recommend this hotel if going to Disney in Japan. "
