Having traveled many times in Japan, this hotel really surprised me. The hotel facilities are quite old and not clean enough. My child was also bitten by a strange bug and had several large red rashes on his leg. Getting around is convenient, and that's the only advantage. I hope the hotel can improve the environment and upgrade its services.

Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around.
The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee.
The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what.

"We had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this ryokan. The in-room traditional Japanese breakfast every morning with ocean view was fantastic and the entire staff team is very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend for an affordable but authentic ryokan experience. Arigato gozaimasu!"
