"Room was spotless and always had fresh towels and sheets to come back to the hotel with during the day. Staff made check in so easy, and helped with a heavy parcel I preordered before arriving. Check out is so easy also - card into machine and off you go. Really good location being close to two connecting train lines and multiple convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Definitely an option if you are looking to halve your accomodation cost for a slight time sacrifice getting into the city and back when finished!!!"

"Excellent accommodation on all fronts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, numerous staff were eager to help us with check in and our luggage. Staff were exceptionally polite and eager to help. Our room was a standard size for Japan (though with a very spacious bathroom), clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the shuttle service both between the city/Aeon mall and the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! "
