"I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

"It was easy to access, the facilities were nice comparing to the price. The only cons were poor sound insulation, especially at 5 am when everyone is busy packing lol. "

"We stayed here twice, on both ends of our trip. The hotel is excellent; the steakhouse on site is excellent. It is worth the extra money to be on the club floors with breakfast included. Skip the rooftop restaurant...the view is nice, the food not so much. The area around the hotel is very nice with an enormous multi-story shopping area nearby."

"All the staff was very friendly, accommodating, eager to help, and very courteous. The hotel was very clean, excellent condition and the location is great near the subway station and there is an awesome underground mall. I would stay here in a heartbeat. "
